Digital Product Licensing & Resell Policy

Effective Date: October 7, 2025

To preserve the integrity of our materials and protect the value of our digital community, the following licensing and resale guidelines apply to all content purchased through The Authentic Financial Group LLC, doing business as Authentic Tax, Authentic Tax Academy, and Authentic Tax Suite.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

💼 1. Private Label Rights (PLR) / ERO Resell Academy Items

Products labeled PLR grant you the right to:

  • Edit, customize, and rebrand the product.

  • Resell the finished version to your own customers under your business name.

  • Allow your customers to use the product for their personal or business use only.

Restrictions:
Your customers do not receive resale rights. They may not modify, rebrand, or redistribute the product.
PLR licenses are limited to your direct use and resale to end users — not for redistribution to other resellers or marketplaces.

📦 2. Master Resell Rights (MRR)

Products labeled MRR give you the right to:

  • Edit, brand, or resell the product as-is.

  • Grant your customers permission to resell the product under the same terms.

Important:
You may only sell a product with Master Resell Rights if the product title or description explicitly states “MRR Included.”
You are responsible for accurately communicating resale rights and maintaining the same terms in your listings.

🧾 3. Pre-Made Training Slides & Internal Materials

Items in the Training Materials or Branded Tools collections (including slides, templates, and staff-training assets) are licensed for internal business use only.

That means you may:

  • Use the materials within your own tax office, team, or service bureau.

  • Not resell, share, upload, or distribute them externally unless the product specifically lists PLR or MRR rights.

🚫 4. Unauthorized Sharing or Distribution

Unauthorized resale, uploading, file-sharing, or public posting of any product not licensed for redistribution violates this policy and our intellectual-property rights.

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate termination of product access.

  • Revocation of resale privileges.

  • Legal action to recover damages.

💬 5. Need Clarification?

Each digital product clearly states its license type (PLR, MRR, or Personal Use Only) on the product page and inside your download folder.
